This apartment has been excellently decorated and with superb facilities, it enjoys a great central location, air conditioning, a communal pool
and is very light and spacious.
The apartment has just been completely refurnished, with new bathrooms, kitchen, beds etc and light wooden floors through out.
Great for 3 couples, a family, or even several friends who want a room each. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one double and two
twins. The bedrooms all have good storage.
There are 2 large, very chic, bathrooms, (one with full bath, wc, and bidet and the other with wc and a large double shower)
The living and dining area is sunny, bright and comfortable. There are 2 large sofas and a dining area which comfortably seats 6.
The lounge area faces the terrace which is south facing and is warm and sunny all day. The terrace has green plants, table and chairs for
outside dining and a retractable sun shade for when it is too hot. This large comfortable terrace is excellent for sunning, sitting or dining,
The kitchen is new and very well equipped and spacious. There is a separate laundry balcony which houses the washing machine and has
space to hang clothes.
This apartment is a super holiday home. Just a few minutes walk into the very centre of the village, and to the beaches, and very complete
with everything you need ( bed linen, towels, microwave, washing mach., coffee maker, TV, DVD, Stereo...)
