firstly viewing the properties, to contracts being signed.
If you decide to buy a property, but do not intend to live there we will manage your property for you.
Our team will advertise your property on our web page, with photos and a full description. You can
also gauge the bookings by checking the booking calendar.
This way you can stay whenever it suits you, just book yourself in!
The management consists of different steps, apart from booking reservations we will maintain your
property for you: After collecting all needed information from the visitors, we would have already
cleaned and made provisions for them to start their business or studies trip: clean bed linen, with all
beds made up. Fresh towels, coffee and tea, drinking water available, plus any other other request the
customer may need.
